For legal purposes, I understand that the term therapist is currently an unregulated title and that my therapist is not “licensed “ by Socialstyrelsen

I understand that the therapy and consultation services I will receive from Vini Doshi or People Experience Corner are not offered as a substitute for psychiatric care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any psychiatric or medical conditions.

All therapy services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by Vini Doshi, as well as information on this website (peopleexperiencecorner.com), are meant to guide and help me identify areas in my life that may be preventing me from experiencing greater well-being.

I understand that the term ‘therapist’ used here covers mental health therapy, life therapy and coaching, personal guidance and growth, executive coaching, and business coaching for clients.

I understand that my therapist will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing. If I report child, or elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken and my confidentiality may be breached for ethical or legal purposes.

If my therapist is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, she will do so to the extent the law requires.

I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Google Meet, and other technology.
